This policy explains what information Superglide Wardrobes collects when you visit this website or get in touch, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.

Who we are

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry through our contact form or door designer: your name, mobile number, email address if you give it, postcode, the type of project, how you would like us to contact you, and anything you choose to tell us about the job.
• When you enquire through Facebook or Instagram using a lead form on one of our adverts: the details you submit in that form, which Meta passes to us.
• When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: your contact details and the content of our conversation.
• When you browse the site: if you accept optional cookies, information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and the device and browser you use. See the cookies section below.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a design visit, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask us to do.
• To follow up on your enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email, using the method you prefer.
• To keep records of quotes, orders and installations, including for guarantee and accounting purposes.
• If you accept optional cookies, to understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

We use your information because it is necessary to respond to a request you have made or to take steps towards a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, because the law requires us to keep certain records, or, for optional cookies, because you have given consent. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted services that help us run the business, and only as far as needed:

• our website hosting and email providers, which store enquiries sent through this site;
• WhatsApp (part of Meta) when we message you there;
• Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept optional cookies;
• our accountants and professional advisers, and anyone we are legally required to share it with.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as UK-approved contract terms.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not turn into a job, we keep it for up to two years in case you come back to us, then delete it. If you become a customer, we keep your records for six years after the work is finished, because of tax and guarantee requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We only use optional cookies if you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings, which is also linked at the bottom of every page.

• Essential: sg_consent remembers your cookie choice for six months. The site also uses cookies needed for its forms to work securely.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics (_ga and related cookies) tells us how many people visit and which pages they use.
• Advertising (optional): the Meta Pixel (_fbp and related cookies) helps us measure how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform.
• Embedded content: videos hosted on Vimeo, our Google map and our Google reviews widget are provided by those companies, which may set their own cookies when the content loads. Their own privacy policies apply.
